01 / Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Heavy Cash (H$) website, its account features and educational toolkit. By creating an account or logging in with the acceptance box selected, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter into an agreement and accept these terms and the risk disclosures below. If you do not agree, you may browse public information but must not use account features.

Service and scope

Heavy Cash is a trading education and community project. Website tools, market discussions, alerts, mentorship and member contributions provide general information. They do not take your financial circumstances, objectives or suitability into account. The website does not execute orders, manage your portfolio, hold client money or provide brokerage services. No fiduciary or personalised advisory relationship is created by membership. A disclaimer does not override any regulatory duties that may apply to the actual service or communication.

Accounts and conduct

Choose a unique password and keep it confidential. Do not impersonate another person, share an account, attempt unauthorised access, scrape private data, spam, harass members or use the service unlawfully. You are responsible for actions taken through your account, except where responsibility cannot legally be attributed to you. Report suspected account compromise promptly. We may restrict misuse, explain the reason where appropriate and allow you to contact support about the decision.

Content and availability

Use our original content for personal learning. Do not redistribute paid materials or other members’ personal information without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Member statements are their own and may be inaccurate. We may correct content and maintain or change features; essential paid-service changes remain subject to applicable law and the purchase agreement.

02 / Risk disclosure

Trading futures, leveraged instruments, currencies and other financial products involves significant risk. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains. Losses may exceed the amount deposited where the product and applicable rules permit it. Use only capital you can afford to lose and seek independent, appropriately qualified advice when needed.

Signals, alerts, market opinions, screenshots, member payouts and hypothetical or past results are not promises of future performance. Outcomes vary. Education, mentorship and VIP status do not guarantee profits, funding, evaluation success or any payout.

Calculator limitations

The risk calculator is a mathematical planning aid using the values you enter and published contract multipliers. It rounds position size down to whole contracts and rounds stop distance up to the next valid tick. It does not include commissions, slippage, gaps, liquidity, broker margin requirements or prop-firm drawdown rules. Mini and micro outputs are alternative position sizes, not a combined allocation. Stop orders may fill beyond the specified price or fail to limit loss in fast or disrupted markets. Always verify the result and current contract specification independently before placing an order.

Nothing on the website is an instruction to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument. If a communication constitutes an investment recommendation or a regulated service under applicable law, describing it as educational does not remove the corresponding obligations.

03 / VIP access and payments

Displayed plans are USD 45 for 30 days of access and USD 280 for lifetime access. “Lifetime” means the operating life of the Heavy Cash VIP service, not the purchaser’s lifetime and not an assurance that the service will operate forever. No recurring charge is initiated by this website. Renewal, if desired, is arranged with staff.

Plan and payment selection on the website is a request only. It does not activate VIP or form a completed purchase. Staff must confirm availability, seller identity, total price including applicable taxes, delivery, payment instructions and purchase terms before you pay. Payments are arranged through the official Discord ticket process using the confirmed PayPal or cryptocurrency method. Never send funds to an unverified direct message, and do not use a personal-transfer payment category for a commercial purchase.

Cancellation and mandatory rights

Contact support to discuss cancellation or a refund. Any policy is subject to mandatory consumer rights. Where EU or equivalent distance-selling rules apply, consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. Starting a service early or losing a withdrawal right requires the applicable information, express request or consent, and acknowledgment; accepting these general terms alone is not a blanket waiver. Statutory remedies for non-conforming digital services and other non-excludable rights remain available.

Giveaways

Giveaways are subject to their published event-specific rules, eligibility, territory and closing dates. Membership is not a promise of a prize. Staff must confirm lawful eligibility and participation rules for each promotion.

04 / Third parties and affiliate disclosure

Discord, payment providers and prop firms are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A directory listing is not a guarantee of reliability, regulatory status, payout or suitability. Review each provider’s current rules, simulated/live account status, drawdown terms, fees and country restrictions before paying.

The advertised 40% offer was supplied by Heavy Cash; the provider must confirm current validity, eligible plans and the final price at checkout. We do not guarantee the availability of a discount or the outcome of a third-party service.

05 / Privacy notice

The website processes your chosen username, your email address and verification timestamp when email verification is active, a salted password hash, account creation details, session records, security attempt counters and the version and time of your terms acceptance. Passwords are not stored in readable form. The calculator processes your submitted values to return a result; trade inputs are not saved as a trading history. When you explicitly save journal entries or checklists, the website also stores those entries, prices, quantities, fees, planned risk, notes, ratings and checklist steps under your account. Other accounts cannot access them. You can export journal entries and soft-delete your records; deleted records remain recoverable while your account exists. This website does not collect card numbers, wallet keys or payment credentials.

We use these data to operate accounts, authenticate users, secure the service and record acceptance of the terms. Where applicable, the legal bases are performing the account service and legitimate interests in security and dispute prevention. Accepting terms is not consent to marketing. Hosting and database infrastructure is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Their operational logs and processing are subject to their own applicable terms and safeguards.

Email verification

When configured, Resend delivers transactional account verification emails to your address. A four-character code expires after ten minutes and permits no more than five attempts. We store a keyed hash of the code, a browser-bound challenge and temporary account data; expired challenges are cleared during subsequent verification requests. Your email is used for authentication, not marketing. Resend receives the destination address, message content and ordinary delivery metadata. Its applicable processing and transfer safeguards apply. Email-verified accounts require a new code at login. Older accounts can add and verify an email after proving their password. No code is shown in the website response or stored in readable form.

Cookies and local storage

The hc_session cookie is required for login and lasts up to seven days. It is HttpOnly, uses SameSite restrictions and is Secure on HTTPS. The essential hc_email cookie binds a verification request to your browser for ten minutes. The chosen interface language is stored on your device. No optional advertising or analytics trackers have been added by Heavy Cash. Hosting providers may use their own essential technologies.

Economic calendar

Official economic schedules are retrieved from BLS, BEA and the Federal Reserve. Importance labels are Heavy Cash estimates. The optional global calendar loads an embedded TradingView service only when you open that tab; TradingView receives ordinary connection data and operates under its own privacy notice. Forecast and actual values, if available, are supplied by that provider. Session timers use regular weekly hours and daylight-saving rules; holidays and exceptional closures require separate verification.

Profile photo and Discord verification

If you upload a profile photo, it is resized to 256 pixels in your browser and stored privately for your account. Replacing it removes the previous stored image. You may connect your Discord account through Discord’s official OAuth authorization page. The site requests your basic identity (identify scope); it stores the verified Discord user ID and authorization time. The bot reads your membership role and its VIP activation records to display your current plan, activation date and expiry. OAuth states are random, single-use, bound to your current session and expire after ten minutes. Access tokens are used only to retrieve your identity and are not retained in our database. You can disconnect from your profile or revoke the app in Discord Authorized Apps. We never request your Discord password or send Discord messages during this process. VIP prices displayed in the profile are list prices, not a payment receipt. Missing records are indicated explicitly.

Discord directory

The public home page displays Discord display names, avatars and assigned role labels from the Heavy Cash server, grouped using Discord’s role hierarchy. The directory is refreshed periodically and may temporarily show cached data. It does not display email addresses, direct messages or payment information. Loading avatars contacts Discord’s image service. Contact the server administration to ask about correction or removal of your directory information.

Retention, rights and requests

Account and consent records are retained while the account is active and for any further period required for legitimate disputes or legal obligations. Logout revokes the current session; expired sessions and old security counters are cleared during normal account activity. Directory snapshots are replaced during refresh. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where the law grants these rights, and lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Identity checks may be required before a request is fulfilled.

Contact Heavy Cash administration through the official Discord support process for account and privacy requests. Do not include passwords or financial credentials. The operator’s full legal identity, postal address, jurisdiction and dedicated privacy contact have not yet been supplied for this publication; these details must be completed by the operator before treating this notice as a final business privacy notice or concluding paid service agreements.

06 / Liability, changes and contact

Information is provided with reasonable care, but it may contain errors, interruptions or delays. You remain responsible for independent trading decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heavy Cash does not assume liability for trading losses caused by reliance on general educational content or third-party services. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

No clause promises immunity from claims or regulatory action. Applicable mandatory law and any consumer’s right to bring proceedings in a legally protected forum are preserved. Material changes to account terms will be versioned and presented for renewed acceptance. Contact the official Heavy Cash administration for complaints, billing questions or legal notices.
